Steven Serle specializes in real estate and business law as well as estate planning, including residential real estate, commercial real estate, title insurance, closings, entity formation, corporate governance and strategy, contract negotiation, document preparation and review, and drafting trusts and wills. Mr. Serle has represented both privately and publicly held entities. With more than 45 years in the real estate, business and legal industry his extensive book of knowledge sets Steve apart. Licensed to practice in Florida – Federal and State Courts as well as Nevada – Federal and State Courts. Steve is also the owner of and general counsel to Corporate Title, Inc.
